Delwin will have The 2014-2015 Concession Stand Master Schedule at today’s Tip-Off Tournament. This Will Allow Us To Complete The Concession Schedule And Start Sending Out Reminders. Reminders will be sent via EMAIL.

The schedule for Gate, Concession Stand Duty and Hospitality Room are available for the November 7th and 8th tip-off tournament.  Please view the following link for sign-up’s >>  Tip-off Tournament Sign-up’s

On Friday November 7th, each player should also bring 1 case of water, 2 two liters soda, and 1 gallon tea.

A few concession times and food items are still lacking and those are highlighted in yellow.  If you can bring additional food items or can work additional shifts in the concession stand, please let Julie Bassler know.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled work shift.

We appreciate everyone’s help in making the Tip Off tourney a success.

Game Day DETAILS:

Game#1 time: 10:00am at the VBC.

Additional games: 12:30pm and 3:30pm if Game #1 is a WIN.

Students will be excused with a parent note and returned ticket stub on Friday.

NOTE:  If Game #1 is a loss, then students must return to school at 1:55pm for 4th block. PM Tech students that drive to the game will go straight to Tech. If we win at 10:00am, students will be excused all day.

A free pep bus will be provided for students who turn in a parent note by 8:30am on Wednesday. The pep bus will load at 8:50am, after attendance is taken. The bus will return around 12:00pm if we lose and around 2:15pm if we win.
Pep buses will stay for a maximum of two games (10:00am and 12:30pm).

Admission is $8.

Students need to bring money for admission and concessions.
